How can we improve our mobile app?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. payment selection

    Maybe you can include a payment selection so you don't have to get onto a computer or phone

  4. Map scrolling too sensitive

    Scrolling function of the map area is too sensitive to touch input. Nearly impossible to register touches on the outage icons because the map scrolls instead. Issue seen on a Galaxy S6 with Android 6.0.1.

  5. Accept payments

    Very disappointing you can't make payments. Expected to be able to easily make my payment. No use for all now

  6. Stop tracking location

    Instead, locate user on-demand when app is launched, then STOP tracking once they have "closed" the app. If you need to make it clean in the code, add an "exit" function. The app does not provide alerts, so there is no need to use this except when necessary anyway
