  3. Not doing your job

    Try sending someone out to read the meters.
    You laughingly said my usage was 2600 this month. You supposedly VERIFIED my reading at 76095 on 2/21/22 but on 2/26/22 when I checked it 5 days later it read 74217. You tell me what’s wrong with this picture. So I suppose I am to pay double for your mistakes so you can use my money and you draw interest on it until you get off your butts to actually send someone to do their job.

    Go to the App Store to download their new mobile app. It gives you the ability to:
    -view the outage map
    -report and track outages
    -view and pay your bill
    -and more

    You have no use with this app as far as paying your bill or tracking your payments etc. I can't see really this app dies anything but give info you can get on google. Sorry

    I have not had power for over 18 hours. This is unacceptable on so many levels. People are on oxygen, people are losing food that cannot afford to lose. This is ridiculous. Did someone go on vacation and leave the store unattended?? KU where are you?????

  12. New app is useless on iPhone

    I am very disappointed with the new app. It is almost useless on an iPhone. The summary does not have any labels for counties or zip codes. There is no space for data lines in landscape mode. I suggest you revert to the old app until the problems are corrected.

  17. Report outrages on the app

    It would be great for customers to be able to report outages and troubles through the app or a web portal by making mandatory fields (address,intersection) and reporting party phone # incase a call back was needed. This could also assist 911 call centers around the state in reporting the emergencies in a timely fashion.

  18. Map scrolling too sensitive

    Scrolling function of the map area is too sensitive to touch input. Nearly impossible to register touches on the outage icons because the map scrolls instead. Issue seen on a Galaxy S6 with Android 6.0.1.

  19. Payments

    Have the app allow to pay bills and look at account. Of course you will have to have a log on page and a secure site for billing info. You can go to the KU page online and pay bills, an app to do this would be a lot easier. Thank you
