Outage
I have not had power for over 18 hours. This is unacceptable on so many levels. People are on oxygen, people are losing food that cannot afford to lose. This is ridiculous. Did someone go on vacation and leave the store unattended?? KU where are you?????

Overlap of outage areas makes the map pretty useless. Cravat Pass off Greendale was originally in a brown area, later added a blue area which overlapped the brown. Don’t know which info to accept.

It’s been 15 hours and still no resolution. Automated repeats same thing over and over with no updates. I too have a husband who uses a breathing machine and we need power. Our food is fridge will have to be thrown out. This is ridiculous; raise bill for service and when we need service, where are you.

This app is practically useless. No one ever fixes the bugs. Any info you receive from this app or the phone system is always incorrect.
I am currently experiencing an outage, however, the automated system reports that my problem was resolved before I even lost power.
Yes, I will be reporting this pathetic customer service to the Public Utilities Commission in Frankfort. -

Still no power. Overnight there were restoration approximates on map. Now after 8:00 AM it says under evaluation. KU you can and should do better. It’s not like there are massive outages all over Lexington. Get to work & let your consumers know what to expect.

How do I report an outage when the call center is not open? Power went off at 5:24 am. Tried to report the problem but call center must be closed because it says to call back later.

As a resident here in Louisville I appreciate all that LG&E does to help the community, but unfortunately power outages are getting more and more common and I know and understand that obviously LG&E can not control the weather but what’s more unfortunate is the amount of time to fix these outages and restoring power is getting slightly ridiculous. Just yesterday an outage occurred for 17 houses and it has taken 12+ hours to fix(still has not been fixed as I’m writing this) and even worse is at the time of the outage no thunder or lightning had been seen or heard which leads me to question why the power is going out for such a minor storm. I know that LG&E tries their hardest to fix downed lines and outages and that I shouldn’t complain but this is starting to get frustrating when practically everyone on my street has power besides the people with generators. If LG&E could look into this that would be very much appreciated.

I am a 79 Year old male I also have lost all my food in my refrigerator. But at least I am alive and a place to call home. What I can see so far is KU is working very to solve this problem. Keep up the good work. A happy customer.
