The weather data can be toggled off by useing the “wrench” icon at the top of the map.

My outage on 7/6/22 was at 4:41 pm and I reported via the KU app and it was fine. The first time I asked about an estimated time of repair and was told 8:30 pm. Fine. After that, every time I called back to check a new estimated time of repair, I was told the same estimated time as the time I was calling. That was BS and definitely not helpful. I don’t remember it being like that before. And to be helpful to us, it should never be that way again.

The new update is horrible and very hard to use compared to the other, I can’t figure out how to see a list of counties and number of outages in each county, if that option is even available anymore, just a hard to use bad app

Update will not complete error screen states no network connection. Since I am able to comment this is not the case!

When you turn the weather off and close the app, as soon as you reopen the app the weather comes back on.

Can you let people choose if they want the original app or the new one? I think more people would choose the old.
