The app worked perfect..
The pole transformer fuse blew. At 0850 on a Saturday morning I reported the outage using the app. I was able to see that the outage had been reported using the outage map function as well as the status of a crew being dispatched. By 1030 the crew had repaired the fuse and all was well. I live in a rural area in Calvert County so I am very pleased with an hour and a half response. No complaints here... other than the squirrel didn't make it :(

Let you create an account instead of log in with a Smeco account number
The app should let you create an account associated with your Smeco account number, so you don't need to know your account number each time you want to pay your bill. It should also save your log in/ Smeco account information, maybe even save a way to pay if you want to.
