Have it actually work!!!
I’ve had to reset my password the last 3 or 4 times I’ve tried to log in even though I KNOW I have the right log in information. And of course, invariably, it tells me I’m trying to use an old password!!! It won’t let me update my email address and crashes at least twice every time I use it. And now it tells me I can’t make online payments and when I call the person I talk to can’t figure out why that is!! She said, “I see no reason on my end why it doesn’t work.” Whoever is…

Add Touch ID for IOS so that you don't have to input your account number every time you want to login.

Update app
Please update the app. I keep getting notifications when I get on the app. It tells me it (the app) will not work with anymore iPhone updates unless the app itself is updated. Thanks.

Automatic Meter Read (AMR)
Smeco is behind the time!
They should have web access features to let costumer view there current, daily, weekly etc. power consumption. Also to receive alerts based various levels of usage.2 votes -
After updating iOS to version 10.1.1., I get the message that the app needs to be updated because it is slowing down the device

The app worked perfect..
The pole transformer fuse blew. At 0850 on a Saturday morning I reported the outage using the app. I was able to see that the outage had been reported using the outage map function as well as the status of a crew being dispatched. By 1030 the crew had repaired the fuse and all was well. I live in a rural area in Calvert County so I am very pleased with an hour and a half response. No complaints here... other than the squirrel didn't make it :(

Reporting an outage
While attempting to report an outage using your app it shoes an error. How about fixing the app.

Let you create an account instead of log in with a Smeco account number
The app should let you create an account associated with your Smeco account number, so you don't need to know your account number each time you want to pay your bill. It should also save your log in/ Smeco account information, maybe even save a way to pay if you want to.

Worst since upgrade
I have been trying to pay my past due balance and this awful app won't let me choose the amount to be paid like it used to. What's the deal here this app is now less efficient. Can u fix that
