How can we improve the GMP Mobile app?

Can't log in

Changed pw and it's still giving an error. States no internet connection. Internet is working fine.

    can't login, I get error messages such as... username and password don't match or no accounts linked to this username. I have confirmed my username and password and account numbers are all correct.

    I think I worked out my issue... this app isn't for Green Mountain Energy in Tx, is it? That would explain why my credentials don't function, anyway.

    As previous posts mentioned, account was created and now can't log in. Was excited about this app because mobile pay is a huge benefit for me as a customer. Hopefully the app will be worked on and debugged.

    My Internet connection is fine, the user information was entered correctly, as was the password.

    The app doesn't recognize my account number. However, I entered it correctly.
