I can't register

The app does not recognize my account number even though I entered it correctly

    If you are a Green Mountain Energy customer, this app is for Green Mountain Power in VT. For Green Mountain Power customer, please try entering the first 10 digit of your account number. The 11th digit is a check digit that is not accepted by the Mobile App. If you are still having issues, please call us at 1-888-835-4672.

    after a year or more I still can't register. won't accept account number. app is crap!;!!

    I can't register on my I pad and need to know what to do. It says my acct # and phone # don't match and it also says it can't locate my acct.

    Freakin' computers. App won't take account number.

    The ap will not create an account. It says my account number and phone number do not match. I have tried several times.

    I also had this problem. I was unable to create an account from the app on an iPad.
    Still unsuccessful trying the 10 digit account number (last digit truncated).
    I then went to the web site via a browser and successfully created an account.
    However, I am now unable to logon to my account via the app.
    It seems to be some sort of communication problem from the app to the business server(s).

    Only accepts 10 digit account number. Mine has 11 digits.

    worthless app. put account number in six times and keeps telling me I must put an account number in
