How can we improve the customer self service Apps?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Can’t pay bill

    The app is not accepting my bank routing number, which I have checked multiple times and know is correct. It is also not accepting my debit card info, despite my knowing that that is also correct. I am unable to pay my bill at this time via the app. Do you have any suggestions?

  2. Current Usage/Billing Information

    I would like to know my estimated bill according to current usage. Please add this capability to the app.

  4. The wireless thermostat does not work.

    I downloaded the app but there is no link for the thermostat. I was supposed to be able to control the thermostat remotely! Can you tell me how to do it?

  6. Outage Map not Matching Outage Data

    The Pepco outage currently shows 11 reports of an outage in my area. The outage data for "My Outage" states 300+ people who have reported outages for my area, zip code 20016, near MacArthur and Arizona.
