My immediate neighborhood list power at @5:30 today.
Trucks were here @8pm.
Most houses back on, but trucks left and I am still without power.
I have a generator, so have some lights, etc.
did Pepco crew see lights and not check my transformer?

Now I am told 1 am restoration.
Crew was here, but left without doing full job....
Similar outrage about 10 days ago.
