How can we improve the customer self service Apps?

    The app is overall pretty weak in terms of providing useful and insightful information on electricity usage. Better and more extensive graphs would be helpful.

    I don't see any of the comparative graphs in the app, with previous month, with neighborhood. Great to incorporate all of this new data, that usually comes via email, in the app.

    Yes, at least a month worth of usage data including average cost per day, just like the website. This app is fairly useless on s mobile device until it can do what the website can. It is called a web browser. Why use this app when we have a web browser? As of yet, there is no added convenience.
