I'd love it if you were able to share more information about the cause of the outage with customers -- obviously only once you find out yourselves. But when you're sitting in the dark checking your phone for updates, any tiny new piece of information is golden, and the cause is always the foremost question on your mind.
A power outage: This is truly sad our area 6800 block of Valley Park Rd power is totally out and has been reported as of 8:40pm. Spoke with Pepco Representatives and a crew is not onsite/in the area to fix and or eval the problem and it’s 11:38pm UNACCEPTABLE and our basement are filling up with water. Est repair time given 6am UNACCEPTABLE.No way to pump them at this hr. Homedepot is close. No further assistance available for us as customers!!!
I keep having to log in again even though I have the slider set to “remember my password”. EXTREMELY annoying.

Your generally wonderful app is very out of date. Report on my outage still says that no one has been assigned to deal with it, when in fact you fixed it yesterday.
