Your service is the worst I have ever seen I have tried to login with the app and through your web site and all have failed I hate your service

Touch ID or Keychain
It's annoying that I have to enter my password every time I want to use the app. Some time I wake up in the middle of the night because it's too cold or too hot and I want to adjust the thermostat. Just imagine me in that circumstance trying to type a password in my bed. Set a Touch ID, remember My Login credentials or keychain with Apple security method, please.

This app sucks. I've been in an outage for almost an hour and the app says I'm not. Fix this crap!
The app says I'm not in an outage, but I have been for almost an hour even though I have reported it several times on the app and once by phone. My idea? Fix it!

rework this app from the ground up.
rework this application from the ground up. with the sort of outrageous electric bills our little one bedroom apartment generates, i'd like an app that works, first and foremost. i cannot view my bills, i get error messages left and right, and frankly, this dampens what trust i have vested in this app, what with handling my payments vis-a-vis our checking account. i'm using a samsung galaxy j7, am oem model without six dozen irrelevant things in the background. it has the latest iteration of android 6 installed. i can't be the only one baffled by the lack of a…

Username field too small
Username field is too small. Won't accept full user name therefore can not log in. Website accepts full user name.

Estimated Bill
As a user of the app, I would like to be able to see what my bill would be based on my average energy usage in the current billing cycle.
Seeing how much energy I use on a daily basis is a great feature. I think including a billing estimate would take it to next level. I understand that it would only be an estimate, but knowing whether or not I can use more less energy to get to a certain bill amount would be extremely helpful.

iPhone- update to iOS 10
After updating to iOS 10, the temperature dial for controlling the thermostat is partially hidden/cut-off as it is not centered on my screen.
How can this be fixed?

Thermostat Control App
I had the programmable thermostat installed over 24 hours ago and downloaded the app to control it from my phone.
The instructions states that I should download the pepco self service app, click on the My Thermostat in the self-service app. The only problem is that the only thing the app shows is paying my account or changing my password or outage alerts.
I called yesterday and was assured that in 24 hours the thermostat link would show up but it still hasn't.

worked....my power still out and it now lists us as on...either the system does not work or pepco is not being truthful
