How can we improve the customer self service Apps?

  2. Make it not crash whenever you try to open. It

    Umm, maybe make the app open without crashing so iPhone users can use it.

  3. Fix the usage comparison chart.

    I am a residential time of use rate customer. Usage displayed for this month shows total kWh, however the prior year only displays peak kWh. This is a useless comparison.

    Provide more accurate information on power restoration information. The number of houses still without power in my zip code is incorrect. If there are less than 1,000 houses without power in a certain zip code(s), updates should be broken down by street not just zip code. In addition, updates should be more frequent.

  5. It sucks

    it asked me to put in the account number and zip code to access my account, whereas I only need my phone number and zip code to report a power outage. and the layout for posting ideas on this web age is very inconvenient

  8. Payment updates

    The app should update payment information at 24 hours after payments have been posted because my bill was payed on time and two days later, the same bill is still posted as pasted due.

  10. The wireless thermostat does not work.

    I downloaded the app but there is no link for the thermostat. I was supposed to be able to control the thermostat remotely! Can you tell me how to do it?

  11. Thermostat is hot so room temp is wrong

    Has anyone else noticed that the Pepco Wifi thermostat generates heat in the upper left area? The thermostat reading is usually around 3 degrees warmer than the actual room temperature. So I have to set the thermostat higher to compensate.

  12. Closes on payment

    The app crashes when i hit submit. Thought I did aomething wrong the forst time but I may have just double-paid my bill! Not happy.

  14. Programmable thermostats

    I thought the programmable thermostat would be a great idea. I was wrong. It is horrible. It often doesn’t work and goes back to its presets. This costs me large amounts of money when I’m out of town. I was better off with the original thermostat. I could not be more frustrated or disappointed

  15. Why doesn't app work

    I have 2 systems and you can't read the whole week or see the whole week on my iPhone 6 Plus. This app seems not very intuitive to use. Needs tons of work to make it user friendly. I will be removing my thermostats if this can't be fixed ASAP. New purpose of having something that doesn't work

    Still unable to set up thermostat from smart phone. Working directly with device is unclear. Please name date by which promises at installation will be fulfilled.

  17. Why does it take forever to process payments!’

    Please make your payment system more efficient. There’s no reason a payment should not be processed within 48hours. It literally takes a weeks for a payment I make to Actually be deducted from my account or charged to my card! It’s very inconvenient!! People are trying to plan for things and can so easily forget that they made a payment to this stupid service because it takes sooooo long to be processed!!!

  19. Wtf

    Unstable app, only a quarter of the time shows my account. Wants me to enter new account instead. Logs out after short amount of time when I just want to continuously want to adjust temperature.
    Have to segue through payment page all the time before getting to control thermostat page. Incredibly poorly designed. Please fix.
