really help your customers with lowering your rates, keeping the rates steady. during customer's hardships and trouble times help us. .

allow customers to log in with their Social Security number. I don't recall password and it not emailing me the temporary PW.

you replace meters that were installed in 1940, maybe that is why I pay over 600 hundred dollars a month for 3 bedroom rancher.
don't send me to app you know the age of meters, do your job

update your servers so that when there is a mass outage event, the system dosen't crash...we rely on the app / system to work.

Return your web based outage map. The app is kind of dorky plus if you only have web access but no app you can still get outage information.
app is OK for people that aren't particular about data but web based site was more definitive.
I miss that ability.

Alert us of potential brown outs. I am experiencing random brown outs which ruin work on my computer and could damage the hardware.
Brown out alerts to protect electrical equipment such as computers. Are you working in an area that might impact my power? let me know.

Let someone answer the telephone who knows what they are talking about instead of blaming the back office as an excuse
I keep getting my checking account rejected as an invalid account, but yet they talk my debt card from the same account so they can charge a fee. customer service says I must have entered the wrong number which, it will not let me fix because back office has it locked and declined to unlock. I pay all my bills with this checking account and the only problem is with AC ELECTRIC, amazing.

make it easier to find the logout button on the mobil app.

bring back the power outage map. This resource is useful during storms to see how wide-spread the outage is and areas that still have power
The outage map appears to have been removed from the mobile app. I feel this resource is valuable during storms. It lets people see what areas still have power so they can go to gas stations or stores/restaurants.

Where do I find my profile here on this app?
texted after calling and being hung up on to ask how to change the details of our energy report, received a no reply email telling us to go to App and we could do it in the MY PROFILE area, well where is that? Can not find it? Thank you and please advise.

Show AC Electric's supply rates so we can easily comparison shop
I want to easily compare your rates with other companies. My energy is supplied by another company but every month I am left wondering if I'm getting the best rate. It would be nice to just open the app and find this information even without logging in.
