Light outage - going on a month out
When we have reported a street light out over a month ago, it would be great if your spiffy little map, which currently only shows that the outage was reported were to additionally show 1) the date the outage was reported AND 2) the date it will be fixed. That way you and we can judge just how fast or slow (as the case may be) your response has been.

Useless app
The app or the PERSONAL behind the app is useless. Looking at the app. People that have their power back are still listed as “Under evaluation”. I’m going to stop there before I loose it. Ooh and I like how you open the reviews and only the positive show.

I’ve reported my outage multiple times
Despite reporting my outage multiple times, and the electric company actually calling me to verify, the mobile app, the automated system, and the website all day that they do not have record of my outage, AND that I am not part of a known outage!!! It is Friday and I have been without power since Tuesday morning!!! My electric bill is $300 a month and this has caused me to lose all the food in my refrigerator and freezer but you have no record of the 10 plus times that I have reported my outage on the multiple platforms that…

Comfort stations during power outage.
Why does Atlantic City Electric not offer comfort stations i.e. ice/water Like PSE&G and JCP&L does for its customers.

App Not Helpful
Features unavailable during Tropical Storm Isaias. My Outage unavailable. App can stand to have an entire redesign to make it more user friendly and to include more information about power restoration for customers to stay in the know as much as possible. This helps many of us make alternate plans and not overwhelm your phone system.

The find your login and password should be based on email not your system with account numbers phone numbers and having to call to reset. Massively subsidized
