  3. Status help

    I would be nice if a help screen shows what the status of a ticket is. Example: what does "assigned" to somebody that has seen the status for and extended time.

  4. Accuracy

    Every time I check my outage status the info changes. It's been doing this for SIX DAYS; the amount of time I have been without power. It would be awesome if the info was accurate and I could count ACE for realtime ACCURATE updates as promised.

  12. Change thermostat settings

    Not sure if this will be available through the phone app but I just signed into my account online on and I can adjust the heat from my computer. Will that feature be available on the iPhone app.

  14. Doesn't let me make payments

    I have never been able to login to my Atlantic electric account because your online system never works. I always make my payment from the app using the pay without signing in option. This month even that has stopped working. I receive a new error called payment date should be today's date but there is no option to choose payment date. I am currently overseas traveling on business. How can I pay my bill? Please help me solve this problem and also kindly fix your online system.

    In my humble opinion,I feel that this new website is "Exceptional" in every
    aspect from the Design, the overall Information provided to anyone who wants to pay their bill to securing a total agenda of their home electric
    usage from the past. It is not easy to
    develop a website that will met your
    Consumers specific demands, but you
    have included not just a site for billing
    but went to the Nth degree to provide
    important news and the most up to date information on Electric Outages in
    areas in are region.

  18. let me pay all of my electric bills at one time with one bank account

    Set the app so I can pay all 12 of my electric bills at one time since they all come out of the same checking account also why do I have to enter my checking account for each one of my electric bills its the same checking account?

  20. Payment Conf email

    Why when a payment is made n a confirmation number is given it never posts immediately - it stills shows and states the payment has not been made - last time this happened it looked like I missed the due date please fix this app otherwise it's useless
