  6. Negative bill amount

    Need better instructions on how to create account when amount on Bill is negative. (Solar user)

    Called customer support and received ambiguous instructions. Parentheses, trailing negative, leading negative.

    Finally worked and now two account show. Needs better testing.

  7. Ensure app continues to work with current hdwr/iOS

    App will not start on either iPhone 6s or iPad running iOS 9.3.1
    Have deleted app on both and reloaded - no joy.

  9. I wish I could pay my bill online. The bill pay button hasn't worked in at least 3 months, and Noone can fix it.

    Having a working bill pay button would be great. Or even if someone could get me in touch with someone who works on it. You are always "down for maintenance" when I call to ask for it to be fixed.

  10. Never worked

    Our power was out from 7am to 10pm. Status alternated between crews assigned and crews dispatched all day. My location was never on outage map. Power came back on 10pm. App still shows it out with restoration estimated for midnight tonight. If a neighbor had not called I would still be waiting it out unnecessarily. Useless

    You've been giving us power restoration times for 3 days now and they have all been bullshit. we want power restored. no false promises. I'm sure that you want to be paid on time. Wth.   16. Food spoilage from power outage

    Atlantic City Electric should be responsible for all food spoilage due to power failures. We pay dearly for electrical power so we do not incur needless charges, especially for perishable foods and medical issues associated with air and heat.

  19. Status help

    I would be nice if a help screen shows what the status of a ticket is. Example: what does "assigned" to somebody that has seen the status for and extended time.

  20. Accuracy

    Every time I check my outage status the info changes. It's been doing this for SIX DAYS; the amount of time I have been without power. It would be awesome if the info was accurate and I could count ACE for realtime ACCURATE updates as promised.
