  2. Service Orders

    We should be able to place and track service orders either through the App or On-Line, since the field workers are not obligated to inform us of their ETA of the process.

    With all the money Atlantic electric makes you think they could pay someone to make an app that works properly. Terrible

  8. Web site stinks

    When you make a payment the site does not update the new payment info which can be confusing .. also I attempted twice last night to make an online payment from my checking account as per my payment arrangement the payment was not deducted from my checking account nor did it show as paid on your website then today it shows a $100 payment was made furthermore your automated system and the website do not reflect the same information you should be able to access all payments made thru one of these sites .... it’s very frustrating , who ever…

  9. Pending and past payments

    Please look into posting pending and past payments and also a feature that saves payment method info. Like bank acct info. Credit card etc. It gets old typing it in every-time

  10. The font is blocking the icons in the app

    Please fix the gui in the app so the font like paperless billing isn’t blocking the envelope.

  11. AUTO PAY?

    How can I have an overdue bill when I signed up for autopay? I just moved here a couple months ago and set up autopay on everything. Your bill is the only one I have trouble with. PSE&G never worked like this. Don’t you want to get paid?

  14. Feature Request: Account Management

    Issue:
    I can not remove an old inactive account. I also have to re-add my current active account every month in order to use the app to pay my bill. Every month the active current account is missing so I have to manually add it back in but my old inactive account is present every month which I cannot remove. This feature will make it easier for customers to pay their bills.

    I tried downloading app so I could keep track and it says account number wrong an or the phone and zip combination is wrong.

  18. An app that works.

    Make it so that the app actually works how are people supposed to report an outage using their phone number and zip code when you require a 10 digit phone number but can only enter the area code and nothing else the app just updated for iPhone users on may 30th that update was supposed to fix bugs which apparently it didn’t work way to go ace that was a real bang up job on the update for the app.

    How about a notification when a bill is posted? Even though I’m enrolled in ebilling, I NEVER receive it. And no, it’s not in spam.
