Not acceptable!
I’ve signed into my account several times and yet haven’t received any current new bill information or any new charges amount due. This is ridiculous! How are any of your customers supposed to be informed of their current bill charges without having to calling to find out that particular information regarding their account’s new charges due?

Service status
Eould be wonderful to be able to see if the service is actually on or off.

App is awful
Too hard to add an account, app is awful.....apparently from the other comments if I could add it to the app it still wouldn’t work for me.......it’s a shame you make it so hard to pay my bill
