  3. Doesn't let me make payments

    I have never been able to login to my Atlantic electric account because your online system never works. I always make my payment from the app using the pay without signing in option. This month even that has stopped working. I receive a new error called payment date should be today's date but there is no option to choose payment date. I am currently overseas traveling on business. How can I pay my bill? Please help me solve this problem and also kindly fix your online system.

  5. Show pending payments

    I posted a payment to my account and received a confirmation number 3 days ago, but today it is showing overdue. Tried to find pending payments with no luck, so I paid it again :(

    Too hard to add an account, app is awful.....apparently from the other comments if I could add it to the app it still wouldn’t work for me.......it’s a shame you make it so hard to pay my bill

  14. They never return calls!

    I called a few times and talked with different Customer services representatives about my inflated electric bill. I asked to talk with a manager a few times and they told me they will be contacting me because they were not available at that point. I was a PSE&G customer for years and my bill never went up 60.00 (I live by myself and work during the day) and surprisingly my AC electric bill is 111.00 a month. Just ridiculous and abusive. I will file a report tomorrow, it's the worst customer service ever.

  17. Food spoilage from power outage

    Atlantic City Electric should be responsible for all food spoilage due to power failures. We pay dearly for electrical power so we do not incur needless charges, especially for perishable foods and medical issues associated with air and heat.

    Find a new or better company or employees, rounded off my meter readings to top #’s, unreal # of KW used, highest bill I’ve ever had. Gave new #’s & still says I owe you!!
