Pending and past payments
Please look into posting pending and past payments and also a feature that saves payment method info. Like bank acct info. Credit card etc. It gets old typing it in every-time

69 mill on other things but nothing on a website that works correctly, it cannot give proper info or allow you to logout.GET IT TOGETHER !

get an email address and post it. IS MY SOLAR CHARGE INCLUDED IN MY BILL? 5th request for information.
I went green but noe get 2 electric bills with no reduction in cost. why?

12/29/17 login isn’t working
Login credentials are not being accepted by iOS app version 4.2.
Same credentials work fine on PC and mobile browsers. Please fix.

Feature Request: Account Management
Issue:
I can not remove an old inactive account. I also have to re-add my current active account every month in order to use the app to pay my bill. Every month the active current account is missing so I have to manually add it back in but my old inactive account is present every month which I cannot remove. This feature will make it easier for customers to pay their bills.1 vote -

Show Real Time Balance after payment using this App.

Payments
There’s no where to see your last payment that’s pending, only last payment made when your trying to pay the bill. I have to call customer service to confirm my payment was received because I can’t see it pending on the app!
