I wish I could pay my bill online. The bill pay button hasn't worked in at least 3 months, and Noone can fix it.
Having a working bill pay button would be great. Or even if someone could get me in touch with someone who works on it. You are always "down for maintenance" when I call to ask for it to be fixed.
I wish the customer representative will realize that the customer has some intelligence. A number of them get nasty while “trying so hard to be efficient”. They can be highly efficient without sounding condescending.
Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Worked for me
