They never return calls!
I called a few times and talked with different Customer services representatives about my inflated electric bill. I asked to talk with a manager a few times and they told me they will be contacting me because they were not available at that point. I was a PSE&G customer for years and my bill never went up 60.00 (I live by myself and work during the day) and surprisingly my AC electric bill is 111.00 a month. Just ridiculous and abusive. I will file a report tomorrow, it's the worst customer service ever.
