When you make a payment the site does not update the new payment info which can be confusing .. also I attempted twice last night to make an online payment from my checking account as per my payment arrangement the payment was not deducted from my checking account nor did it show as paid on your website then today it shows a $100 payment was made furthermore your automated system and the website do not reflect the same information you should be able to access all payments made thru one of these sites .... it’s very frustrating , who ever designed this site did a deplorable job !!!!
