You should have a spot ... in this app... where you can upload a picture so you can see a problem or potentially problem !! For instance my daughter came up with this idea ... her neighbor has a tree that is on the wrong side of the power lines due to snow pushing it down and now that it melted it came back up on the wrong side and is now pushing up on the lines ... a picture would show you this is a potential problem for power on the street .. she called in this tree issue…

Payments
There’s no where to see your last payment that’s pending, only last payment made when your trying to pay the bill. I have to call customer service to confirm my payment was received because I can’t see it pending on the app!

Show pending payments
I posted a payment to my account and received a confirmation number 3 days ago, but today it is showing overdue. Tried to find pending payments with no luck, so I paid it again :(

Just stopped working
Have had no trouble with the app up till now. I opened it up and everything was gone. Tried signing out and back in and got the same thing. Frustrating.

Your making me pay to use the app and pay my bill faster? makes no sense

The font is blocking the icons in the app
Please fix the gui in the app so the font like paperless billing isn’t blocking the envelope.

AUTO PAY?
How can I have an overdue bill when I signed up for autopay? I just moved here a couple months ago and set up autopay on everything. Your bill is the only one I have trouble with. PSE&G never worked like this. Don’t you want to get paid?

Can’t see outages anymore.
I can’t see outages anymore. Never had a problem before today. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still same problem.
When I click on see outages there’s a blurb that pops up across the screen.Specified credentials are invalid. You can sign up for a free developer account. Http://www.bingmapsportal.com

Password resetting
I am horrible when remembering passwords and I keep asking to reset my password.. your site says that the password is reset and sent to my e mail but the e mail takes almost a full day to get delivered to my mailbox.. I don't know if it's just me that is being effected. Y this but it would be great to get the new temporary password sent out quicker...

Fix app.
I’m trying to report a streetlight out in front of my house but the app will not let me put my correct address in the field. Keeps coming up as error.

12/29/17 login isn’t working
Login credentials are not being accepted by iOS app version 4.2.
Same credentials work fine on PC and mobile browsers. Please fix.
