Feature Request: Account Management
Issue:
I can not remove an old inactive account. I also have to re-add my current active account every month in order to use the app to pay my bill. Every month the active current account is missing so I have to manually add it back in but my old inactive account is present every month which I cannot remove. This feature will make it easier for customers to pay their bills.1 vote -

Account registration
The security questions will not drop down so I can create an answer. I can’t open a new account. Iphonex being used.

Bills
How about a notification when a bill is posted? Even though I’m enrolled in ebilling, I NEVER receive it. And no, it’s not in spam.

Everything deletes
It would be nice if all my info didn’t delete by itself every 6 months. I pay online. I do not have my info account number billing date. Why does this app do this. Very inconvenient.

Account missing
Sometimes I log on and I can see my account. Other times I log in and it tells me to add an account. Wtf? I didn’t change anything. You mean I can only pay and see my bill when it’s convenient for AC Electric?! Get your shit together!!

Login and password
The find your login and password should be based on email not your system with account numbers phone numbers and having to call to reset. Massively subsidized

App login timeouts
Can we have a feature that leaves us logged in if we choose? I’ve had to login four times in the past hour to check on the status of an outage. Thanks

Login ID too short
My email address is my id. It’s 26 characters but it stops at 25?? Might be why others say they cannot login. You should match the ACE website sizes for info IDs pwd etc..

App doesn’t work properly
With all the money Atlantic electric makes you think they could pay someone to make an app that works properly. Terrible

An app that works.
Make it so that the app actually works how are people supposed to report an outage using their phone number and zip code when you require a 10 digit phone number but can only enter the area code and nothing else the app just updated for iPhone users on may 30th that update was supposed to fix bugs which apparently it didn’t work way to go ace that was a real bang up job on the update for the app.

App needs to be more accurate. Streetlight in front of my house is not listed on app.

Current/Historical usage
Is there a way to see current month usage via the app. I have PECO in my home in PA and it shows you usage from start of current bill period vs prior month actual usage. Nice feature
