Status help
I would be nice if a help screen shows what the status of a ticket is. Example: what does "assigned" to somebody that has seen the status for and extended time.

It seems like whenever it rains our neighborhood blacks out
My sisters Family lives on the other side of Mullica hill and never seems to lose power
Can’t you people fix our MULLICA farms connection

Change auto pay
I would like for the app to allow me to change my automatic payment settings.

The outage page won’t send
I’ve tried several times to report an outage of “light cycles on/off”
As I try to continue after checking that I’ve reported it in the right format, it tells Me “error”
The “light cycles on/off” outage is at

Negative bill amount
Need better instructions on how to create account when amount on Bill is negative. (Solar user)
Called customer support and received ambiguous instructions. Parentheses, trailing negative, leading negative.
Finally worked and now two account show. Needs better testing.

Speed pay is a joke!!! You immediately take my money but don’t post that money to the account for several days?!? You can even set up future payments anymore and you can’t view payment history!!! Fabulous app!!! Sooooo convenient!!!

Old address removal
It would be great if there was a capability to remove a previous address off my account. It’s now been two years.

Had a way to remove the power outage when it was a tripped breaker
Had a way to remove the outage when it was fixed by resetting the breaker.

I tried downloading app so I could keep track and it says account number wrong an or the phone and zip combination is wrong.

Allowed you to enter a 16 character password
You’re online website allows 16 character password but your app only goes to 15?
