Restoration estimation
Please provide an estimated restoration time. It’s incredibly frustrating hearing “check back frequently.” Especially when we have no power and cannot charge our phones! We can’t check back frequently!

Works great!
People complaining about no thermostat control: buy and install a bluetooth/wifi or smart thermostat that has an iPhone or Android app for controlling the thermostat. Don't expect an app from your electric company to ever control your thermostat! Get real!

Useless app
The app or the PERSONAL behind the app is useless. Looking at the app. People that have their power back are still listed as “Under evaluation”. I’m going to stop there before I loose it. Ooh and I like how you open the reviews and only the positive show.

No need to reset your password every time you log in
Every time I log into the account I have to reset my passcode. Why? No one has any answers for this. Im at home every time. Fix this!

Allowing me to pay my bill
I can never pay my bill with the app bc it doesn't recognize the fact I put in a zip code...

App Not Helpful
Features unavailable during Tropical Storm Isaias. My Outage unavailable. App can stand to have an entire redesign to make it more user friendly and to include more information about power restoration for customers to stay in the know as much as possible. This helps many of us make alternate plans and not overwhelm your phone system.

Payment Conf email
Why when a payment is made n a confirmation number is given it never posts immediately - it stills shows and states the payment has not been made - last time this happened it looked like I missed the due date please fix this app otherwise it's useless

Status help
I would be nice if a help screen shows what the status of a ticket is. Example: what does "assigned" to somebody that has seen the status for and extended time.

My sisters Family lives on the other side of Mullica hill and never seems to lose power

Light outage - going on a month out
When we have reported a street light out over a month ago, it would be great if your spiffy little map, which currently only shows that the outage was reported were to additionally show 1) the date the outage was reported AND 2) the date it will be fixed. That way you and we can judge just how fast or slow (as the case may be) your response has been.

The outage page won’t send
I’ve tried several times to report an outage of “light cycles on/off”
As I try to continue after checking that I’ve reported it in the right format, it tells Me “error”
