  1. Accuracy

    Every time I check my outage status the info changes. It's been doing this for SIX DAYS; the amount of time I have been without power. It would be awesome if the info was accurate and I could count ACE for realtime ACCURATE updates as promised.

  2. Making people late on there bill

    I’m filing a complaint with whom every I need too using this app has caused me to get kicked off arrangements
    And now a 390. Deposit

  4. Doesn't let me make payments

    I have never been able to login to my Atlantic electric account because your online system never works. I always make my payment from the app using the pay without signing in option. This month even that has stopped working. I receive a new error called payment date should be today's date but there is no option to choose payment date. I am currently overseas traveling on business. How can I pay my bill? Please help me solve this problem and also kindly fix your online system.

  6. Show pending payments

    I posted a payment to my account and received a confirmation number 3 days ago, but today it is showing overdue. Tried to find pending payments with no luck, so I paid it again :(

  11. They never return calls!

    I called a few times and talked with different Customer services representatives about my inflated electric bill. I asked to talk with a manager a few times and they told me they will be contacting me because they were not available at that point. I was a PSE&G customer for years and my bill never went up 60.00 (I live by myself and work during the day) and surprisingly my AC electric bill is 111.00 a month. Just ridiculous and abusive. I will file a report tomorrow, it's the worst customer service ever.

  12. Web site stinks

    When you make a payment the site does not update the new payment info which can be confusing .. also I attempted twice last night to make an online payment from my checking account as per my payment arrangement the payment was not deducted from my checking account nor did it show as paid on your website then today it shows a $100 payment was made furthermore your automated system and the website do not reflect the same information you should be able to access all payments made thru one of these sites .... it’s very frustrating , who ever…
