  1. Improvement in light outage reporting

    Your computer app to report street light outages is very helpful. However, it has a problem that sometimes prevents reporting a light outage. For example, orders 515800, 515801 and 406459 specify a light outage on an unknown street light-post and block the reporting of a light outage for the light-posts the above orders obscure on the computer map allowing light outage reporting. Can you please remove the above orders from appearing on the map? Then if the underlying street lights are not operational, they can be reported. Thank you.

  3. Two-meter home values

    I have two meters at my home, one is isolated to our water heater. I've noticed the daily values are listed in the app as the same for both when clearly they should be different. The app does list the meter IDs correctly, but the energy levels are not distinct. Perhaps a cursor in the database isn't getting updated when iterating?

  4. Updated App

    We paid our bill three days in advance over the mobile app. It kept saying we had the full amount due still on the day the bill was due. When I called and talked to a customer service rep, they informed me it had been paid over 24hrs before my calling. My idea is to have the app updated more often so that people don't have to worry if their payment went through on time.

    I can't report my outtage because your app and website doesn't have our home number as the number on our bill

  8. UPDATE YOUR APP

    App seams like a rip off. And there is nothing in real time. We can’t do anything about it because we don’t have the right to choose electricity providers. Please update your app it gives no real information. You would have more on time payments and less disconnects if people weren’t confused

  14. App needs to be fixed to report outage

    No longer able to type in phone number. It only takes area code and stops. You can type in zip code, but it doesn’t help because it needs full phone number to locate outages.
    Please fix!

  20. Mobile app

    For the last couple days when I go to see what bill summary is or current daily usage it does not work. I use that frequently. It comes up saying for the past week bill is being calculated. For a week? Please fix.
