  2. Report street light outage

    The app is not allowing an outage report to be sent. A pop up comes up stating “We are aware of the street light problem” Date reported 10/29/2016. Obviously there is a new issue to be reported. Seems like an update to the app is required.

  3. Fix the payment portion of the app.

    I have tried and the app will not allow the payment function to work.

  4. Deposit-Refund

    It would be very beneficial to see my payment history -you have to be on time for 12 months to get your money back from a deposit notice -but if I don't track it I have to call in and bother a representative to give me the information -also as a company you want to be transparent with your customers and the way I feel now is that you want me never to get my deposit back by hiding my payment information! I want my 530.00 back in my pocket not yours !!!!!!

  6. Remember my info for outage reporting

    I take the to report street light problems. It's a pain to have to type in all of my personal info each time I submit an entry. It's my phone, I'm probably the only person to use it, no harm in it remembering my info

    Received an e-mail requiring me to designate my primary account but there is nowhere to do this on the app.

  9. App unable to report certain street light outages

    A ‘Reported issue’ icon for an unknown pole number obscures the ‘working light’ icon for several lights in the Woodbrook development in north Wilmington, and as a result, when needed, these lights cannot be reported on the app as not working.

    The ‘reported issue’ icons for unknown pole numbers, mark: order 406459 (at the foot of driveway 544 Kerfoot Farm road), order 515800 and order 515801 at the intersection of Falkirk road and Sharpley road; and another order number at the intersection of Blackgates road and Country Club drive.

    Please remove the ‘reported issue’ icon from each of these 4…

  11. Save payment confirmation

    App crashes when on payment confirmation screen I click save. iOS 11.latest, tho I may not have permission set.

    Saved payment methods don’t seem easy, but It did default to last used on desktopWeb.

    Wish I could schedule single payment for next due date.

    I did add my new account and new address but still give me old account and old address and my new account didn’t show up in app

  16. Username field must allow more characters

    I cannot sign in on the app because the username field does not allow enough characters to fit my email address. I see similar complaints. Please fix this. I only need 2 more letters for gosh sake.

  18. Form of payment

    After the last app update it erased my bank account info. For the last 2 month I have been trying to re enter my info and it will not accept my routing number. Name and account number go in but I get a red box around my routing number and it tells me the info entered is incorrect.

  19. App does not work to program thermostat

    Absolutely terrible. This feature worked fine for years but has not worked for months. FIX IT!!!
