    Very frustrated with changes in the mobile app as well as the Delmarva.com website. When I try to log onto the website, I now get a message that it is insecure. I have been monitoring my power usage as well as paying my bill on line for years. AS OF 2019 I am totally frustrated and tired of wasting time attempting to access my account safely. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW since neither the phone app no the website is customer friendly.
