Always used app to pay bill. After update my information was not stored or was incorrect.
Now I’m getting messages that bill not paid & my check will not be accepted. Excuse me but I have not had a checking account in over 10 years! Further more, I pay my bill every month on your app and I’m charged a convenience fee?! What the hell!
Fix it and my bill.
I payed my January bill with no problem. Since updating the app my bank info is no longer stored. I tried adding it again and it will not accept my routing number. I tried paying with a card and it will not accept. I guess I can mail a check 🤦♀️

I’ve always used the app to make payments on our account - just had to do an app update and now it will not take my routing number says it’s invalid. I’ve always used this same account with no issue. Seems as though the update to the app was not for the better.
This my second time using this payment option, but this time my payment info. is not being accepted.

It's poorly working. In fact paying my bills hasn't been able to. Since I downloaded ur app.
It's requesting me to download a newer version don't know where it is. .doesn't provide the newer app.
