How can we improve the self service apps?

Bill pay functionality hasn't worked in months.......

    I payed my January bill with no problem. Since updating the app my bank info is no longer stored. I tried adding it again and it will not accept my routing number. I tried paying with a card and it will not accept. I guess I can mail a check 🤦‍♀️

    I’ve always used the app to make payments on our account - just had to do an app update and now it will not take my routing number says it’s invalid. I’ve always used this same account with no issue. Seems as though the update to the app was not for the better.

    This my second time using this payment option, but this time my payment info. is not being accepted.

    It's poorly working. In fact paying my bills hasn't been able to. Since I downloaded ur app.
    It's requesting me to download a newer version don't know where it is. .doesn't provide the newer app.
