    That is what your services are. There is no other logical explanation for my bill actually being higher in the three billing cycles since you installed the programmable thermostat. There is also way on God's green earth that me and my neighbor have nearly the exact amount of billed consumption when I work 12 hours a day with a child in school and she's a housewife at home all day watching tv and preparing meals.     How do I sign up my account to get the information that was stated in the Daily Times today that should give me new information. Current and projected bill information, detailed energy use by hour, day, week, month or year, what time of day I use the most energy, and how to save money and energy.   5. IntelliTemp Thermostat access

    Hard to find the page(s) to adjust new thermostat. Turns out to be buried in "My Account." I had to log in to the app in the first place. Why isn't the thermostat available from the first page after logging in? It could simply be another icon at the bottom of that page.
    Also, I need to resolve a problem with this thermostat. I can't find a way to do this via "Contact Us" within your app.
    This version of the app looks much better than the last one, and is more responsive. It still is designed from the perspective…

  6. add delmarva thermostat problems to help menu on phone answer system. also add alert for thermostat problems

    I tried to check thermostat operation. received error, single sign on, unexpected runtime auth adapter integration problem. please contact administration for assistance regarding this ettor. Adapter: oam0. I live 2+ hrs from this equipment. no phone number listed on delmarva site to resolve this. if you can't do better than this I might as well remove it rather than risk winter time system failure.

  9. App is lousy

    What happened? Last time I used it, it was fine. This time, it (a) forgot my bank account info so I had to re-enter; and (b) did not give me the option of paying on the due date. This app is crap. I will not use it again until I am assured it is fixed.

    If you want me to go back to using snail mail, I will do so. It will cost me aggravation and you money.

  10. Outage map doesn’t work

    The Delmarva outage map does not work properly. It will not show the triangles for outage locations. The Pepco outage map does not have this issue.
