  4. App username field

    My account has a username (email address) and associated password. When I try to login into the Delmarva Power app using this information, the field will not allow me to enter the full username (email address) for the account - the field is too short. Because of this, I can’t login to the app. Thoughts...

    It's obvious Pepco does not want to make usage data easily visible. Overcome that culture! Own what's been mandated!

  7. UPDATE YOUR APP

    App seams like a rip off. And there is nothing in real time. We can’t do anything about it because we don’t have the right to choose electricity providers. Please update your app it gives no real information. You would have more on time payments and less disconnects if people weren’t confused

  9. Cause & Status

    Cause- under evaluation (I specifically reported tree fell & pulled wires off pole & house.

    Status: no crew assigned ? Yes phone reps say you're on a priority list.

    Someone just told me 12 hours later that Delmarva will only come out & tell me to hire electrician. There should be evaluation team that can look at problems & advise us of this info sooner. Because if this is the case I could have been in touch with someone already !

    Our power as been out for over 12 hours !!! Your app has deleted my outage report twice and I have had to repost !! Your app keeps stating different restoration times and there has not once been a crew in our neighborhood in the 12 hrs in been out with a reported line down on the ground ! And when we call your service line we are created with a bullshit message and then disconnected . How but your freaking bill will get mailed out on time won't it .   15. No bills since December

    There are no bills on here since 2014 and the online system is not even working.

    I saw my bill from January 7th and now it's gone. My balance shows an extra 100 dollars that is January's bill which is also not visible.

  16. FIX THIS - When you're on the payment page, and click on "My Account", it stays on Payments. OR, put LOGOUT on every page!

    Can't go from Payments page to My Account. Stays on Payments. My Account is the only page with LOGOUT on it.
