    I do not like the new app set up. It does not display Dailey usage graph or exact daily usage $ wise. It sucks why did you change to this?

  3. App does not allow payment on due date

    App does not allow payment to be deferred until due date. Until that happens, I WILL NOT USE THE APP. This app is the poorest excuse for a payment app that I have ever experienced.

  5. Get the app to work as we were told it would!

    I have been trying for days to adjust my thermostat using my iPhone with no success. Come on man!

  6. The app needs to show payments made/scheduled and provide a log out option.

    No option is provided to log out. This could leave my account open and accessible. There is no option to reconfirm the payment made.

  8. Non-service affecting and scheduled work

    Can you provide update on non-service affecting issues such as lines down or damaged that are preventing repairs of other services that are down on the pole?

  10. Payment info

    How can I get my payment info to stay in app. Not user friendly to have to add routing number and account number each time you pay and for each account!!!!!!!

  15. App username field

    My account has a username (email address) and associated password. When I try to login into the Delmarva Power app using this information, the field will not allow me to enter the full username (email address) for the account - the field is too short. Because of this, I can’t login to the app. Thoughts...

    It's obvious Pepco does not want to make usage data easily visible. Overcome that culture! Own what's been mandated!

  18. UPDATE YOUR APP

    App seams like a rip off. And there is nothing in real time. We can’t do anything about it because we don’t have the right to choose electricity providers. Please update your app it gives no real information. You would have more on time payments and less disconnects if people weren’t confused

  20. Cause & Status

    Cause- under evaluation (I specifically reported tree fell & pulled wires off pole & house.

    Status: no crew assigned ? Yes phone reps say you're on a priority list.

    Someone just told me 12 hours later that Delmarva will only come out & tell me to hire electrician. There should be evaluation team that can look at problems & advise us of this info sooner. Because if this is the case I could have been in touch with someone already !
