  3. Get the app to work as we were told it would!

    I have been trying for days to adjust my thermostat using my iPhone with no success. Come on man!

  4. Old accounts linger

    Is there a way to hide previous addresses on the app? I’ve moved three times over seven years and each address stays on the account.

  5. The app needs to show payments made/scheduled and provide a log out option.

    No option is provided to log out. This could leave my account open and accessible. There is no option to reconfirm the payment made.

  7. Non-service affecting and scheduled work

    Can you provide update on non-service affecting issues such as lines down or damaged that are preventing repairs of other services that are down on the pole?

  9. Payment info

    How can I get my payment info to stay in app. Not user friendly to have to add routing number and account number each time you pay and for each account!!!!!!!

  14. App username field

    My account has a username (email address) and associated password. When I try to login into the Delmarva Power app using this information, the field will not allow me to enter the full username (email address) for the account - the field is too short. Because of this, I can’t login to the app. Thoughts...

    It's obvious Pepco does not want to make usage data easily visible. Overcome that culture! Own what's been mandated!

  18. just give up... energy use would be great, trouble solving would be a lot easier. well that would be to easy.

    energy usage.. what's up? that would be great.. just maybe I could tell when something is not right before the house burns down. maybe just pass a hat to pay for that service.. it never works...

  19. Cause & Status

    Cause- under evaluation (I specifically reported tree fell & pulled wires off pole & house.

    Status: no crew assigned ? Yes phone reps say you're on a priority list.

    Someone just told me 12 hours later that Delmarva will only come out & tell me to hire electrician. There should be evaluation team that can look at problems & advise us of this info sooner. Because if this is the case I could have been in touch with someone already !
