    Power goes out all the time. Even on nice days. Nobody provides answers or responds to letters or calls. Always debit acct when bill is due though, month after month.

  6. Include estimated usage charges for current period

    The website includes estimated usage charges for the current billing period. Please add that info on the app.

    App no longer shows 2 accounts for different addresses. What happened?

  10. Thermostat

    App keeps indicating an error in run time for past several days. What’s going on?

  12. Mobile app

    For the last couple days when I go to see what bill summary is or current daily usage it does not work. I use that frequently. It comes up saying for the past week bill is being calculated. For a week? Please fix.

  14. Update street light map

    The streetlight maps need to be updated. I like the report streetlight function but the streetlights are way off on the map from where they actually are. Being they are not numbered on the poles in my area, it makes it difficult to select the correct street light. I haven’t reported other than in my development so I am not sure if this is a problem in other areas. Bayberry development Middletown Delaware.

  17. Save Payment Method

    The convenience of making a payment in the app was very appealing to me because of the tedious process required on the website. However, the app process is even more tedious due to the inability to SAVE a payment method for future use.

  20. Robbery

    That is what your services are. There is no other logical explanation for my bill actually being higher in the three billing cycles since you installed the programmable thermostat. There is also way on God's green earth that me and my neighbor have nearly the exact amount of billed consumption when I work 12 hours a day with a child in school and she's a housewife at home all day watching tv and preparing meals. I watch my usage carefully and would like to know what these spikes are at odd hours. At 3am there is nobody doing anything in…
