    The weather overlay drags and makes it difficult to get to the information I'm interested in - namely where the power outages are in my area. I have the Louisville NOAA website to view weather radar. I'd suggest eliminating the overlay, or at the least allow users to disable it if or until they need it. As it's currently defaulted to as on, the first thing your faced with is an unresponsive app. Thanks.
