How can we improve Orange and Rockland's mobile apps?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. customer accounts

    Allow customers to login in check payment history and Pay bills. Thats more convenient!

  11. Make this app work!!! Account info only shows the account number....not very useful. The Outage Map returns an error....

  13. It sucks , and crashes. I suggest updating.

    Please update app as it crashes. Has not been updated since last year. Please fix so app can bu used to pay bill and get balance.
