How can we improve the SMECO Mobile Apps?

The app worked perfect..

The pole transformer fuse blew. At 0850 on a Saturday morning I reported the outage using the app. I was able to see that the outage had been reported using the outage map function as well as the status of a crew being dispatched. By 1030 the crew had repaired the fuse and all was well. I live in a rural area in Calvert County so I am very pleased with an hour and a half response. No complaints here... other than the squirrel didn't make it :(
