How can we improve the app?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. it was a great app till after the recent update , now it won't load on my 9900 , fix it please,I used to use this app all the time for work

    Hi Michael,

    Toronto Hydro is a separate utility so their outages will not be displayed in Hyrdo One’s mobile apps.

  4. The update yesterday July 19 won't open. Just the h1 logo and nothing. Previously i thought it was a great app
