    Worst web site! Not user/customer friendly!! To much info needed to report "light pole outage" I enter the "pole number" and then the address? Address box need commas,periods, your exact way---------which is crazy!! Gave you the "Pole#" not good enough? Tried calling---customer service dept.-----------says it will be a "20-minute wait!! This crazy!
