  1. I think the lights are repaired amazingly fast for the most part. I understand that there are sometimes difficulties.

    Today (30 November) there seems to be a malfunction with the mapping function. It seems to get lost while "calculating address." Please investigate and advise at email address below.

  4. Fix the popup that allows me to identify a specific streetlight

    The bottom of the list is cut off by the edge of the map, it's not known if my data was submitted, or deleted.

  8. Fix street light outages faster.

    Waiting over 30 days for a street light to be repaired on a main boulevard and customer service wants to enter it again as a new street light outage. Yet I can see the report on the street light outage site....what a way to conduct business. Not very professional.

  9. have a map with all the streetlights marked that I can download. not this street by street map

    Gulf Power cannot give me an inventory of lights in the City of Destin. I would like this map in a larger form with the streetlights indicated.

  15. Your map source (or BING's) needs to fix their maps.

    The map of Watertown, WI (53098) shows that Josephine St. does not connect with Votech Dr. Yet they were connected over 15 years ago. It also shows a Walnut St, which does NOT exist.
    Yet the map does show several streets that have been built only in the last couple years.

  16. enhance app to upload photos and lat long of power line obstructions

    I have a photo of limbs on a power line on a major route. Just waiting for ice. It would be nice to report these to you on a map, so you could prevent the outtage. I have the photo on my iphone, no way to submit it.
