Not doing your job
Try sending someone out to read the meters.
You laughingly said my usage was 2600 this month. You supposedly VERIFIED my reading at 76095 on 2/21/22 but on 2/26/22 when I checked it 5 days later it read 74217. You tell me what’s wrong with this picture. So I suppose I am to pay double for your mistakes so you can use my money and you draw interest on it until you get off your butts to actually send someone to do their job.1 vote -

Have a place on app for us to upload our meter numbers instead if you all estimating our bill

Install Bill Pay
You have no use with this app as far as paying your bill or tracking your payments etc. I can't see really this app dies anything but give info you can get on google. Sorry

More choices
Need more choices. Only have outages map and contact buttons. App needs more choices and info options to research our questions/issues

Outage Reporting
To make me log in or find my bill during an outage to report an outage is stupid. Just freaking geo-locate me with my phone. That’s what apps do. The lights are out... I just want to report that. Not dig around in the dark for a bill.

Stop tracking location
Instead, locate user on-demand when app is launched, then STOP tracking once they have "closed" the app. If you need to make it clean in the code, add an "exit" function. The app does not provide alerts, so there is no need to use this except when necessary anyway

Outage
I have had no power since last night. I have lost all the food in my refrigerator. I have tried to contact KU to no avail. I am fortunate that I am not dependent on oxygen.

Need more reserve
Web page, outage map, the app itself gets frozen when you need it the most. Seems like the servers or the web pages gets overwhelmed at the critical times. Outage map needs to be have more up to date info.
